UGANDA
Defending childhood,
ensuring dignity and safety
In Uganda, Protection4Kids works in the rural heart of the country, in Busunju, in the Mityana district, supporting Amber Junior School, a school and orphanage that takes in more than 70 boys and girls from situations of poverty and vulnerability. The project takes concrete action to give the children safer living and learning conditions: from access to food and electricity, to the supply of books and school materials, to training teachers in safeguarding and child protection.
Our trip will therefore be a chance to see this reality up close and to meet the people involved in the project.
Safe and comfortable accommodation
You will live in a shared house with other volunteers, in a safe and welcoming environment where you will feel part of the community
Help with visas, vaccinations and flights
The visa is included; we help you with flights, vaccinations and documents so you can leave stress-free.
Pre-departure training
Before the mission you will take a preparatory course so that you can leave informed, relaxed and aware.
Transport
Travel is guaranteed and included for the whole mission.
Uniform
You will also receive a uniform designed for the local temperatures, so you always feel comfortable.
24/7 support from the local team
Our team is on site 24/7 to handle any emergency. Nothing is left to chance: you will always have a point of contact available at any time.
Official certificate
At the end of the humanitarian mission you will receive a recognised certificate, useful for your CV or for requesting university credits.

Backpack on and off you go! When you arrive you will find other volunteers like you, a welcoming local team and an experience you will hardly forget.
